At SG Alliance, recognition goes beyond titles, rankings and achievements. Last week, we hosted a special Recognition Lunch for our representatives who were unable to attend our Convention trip, as well as those who came close to qualifying. To us, every effort deserves to be acknowledged, appreciated and remembered.
During the luncheon, one of our representatives shared a simple yet meaningful sentence with our CEO:
“Thank you for remembering us.”
That heartfelt remark perfectly reflected the purpose behind the gathering. Over specially curated meals by Synthesis, we celebrated not only achievements, but also the dedication, perseverance and contributions of every individual. We believe there is no hierarchy when it comes to valuing people. Every SGA-ian plays an important role in impacting the lives of our clients and supporting them throughout their financial wellness journey. Whether the contribution is big or small, every effort matters and every individual is valued.
