but God did it anyway.
Just a year ago, when I was challenged to lead a team, all I was mindful of was how I would be stretched thin, chasing targets, wondering how to grow sales while still growing people. I thought that something must give: either performance drops or leadership suffers. I thought excellence had a limit, and that limit was my time and energy.
ᴛʜᴇɴ 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟻 ʜᴀᴘᴘᴇɴᴇᴅ.
What I feared would break me, became the year 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙗𝙧𝙤𝙠𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨. Against every human calculation, we saw our first large-scale client seminar with over 40 attendees. We watched two new hires qualify for their first incentive trips and MDRT, while one of our mini team members rose to COT. At the same time, I achieved TOT while mentoring them closely.
𝙉𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙛𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙖 𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙖.
Humanly speaking, it shouldn’t have worked. Spiritually speaking, it was clear: ɪᴛ ᴄᴀɴ ᴏɴʟʏ ʙᴇ ɢᴏᴅ.
And now, the new normal has emerged.
I was no longer just chasing numbers. I am witnessing something far greater: people growing beyond their own standards, rising into leadership they never thought possible. I saw that God is not a God of just enough, but a God of much more. Beyond titles and accolades, we are building a culture where growth is supernatural and transformation is real.
So as I step into this new season, here is what I am committed to:
1, build people before we build numbers, trusting that God multiplies what we steward well.
2, stretch faith alongside skills, because breakthrough happens when preparation meets obedience.
3, grow together, not alone, because calling is always bigger than one person.
This year, a new journey begins as I start my team. And there is no greater joy than seeing others rise higher than we ever imagined.
Perhaps the real question is not how far I can go on my own… but 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙛𝙖𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙪𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙬𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙃𝙞𝙢 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙮.
