Setting "Out of Office" and switching into Team Mode, the latest OAsis Team Building 2026 gave our SG colleagues a chance to step away from the usual workday, interact in a more relaxed setting and experience something a little different together.

From taking on team challenges to cheering each other on, the activities brought out plenty of energy, teamwork, and spontaneity.

Those who take initiative and stay committed can turn everyday actions into meaningful contributions.

We are proud to recognise Andelin Phun as the August 2026 recipient of the OA Pro-Active Excellence Award.

Over an extended period, Andelin stayed engaged with a client opportunity, maintaining consistent follow-up and thoughtful communication to keep the conversation progressing. Her patience and commitment allowed her to remain attentive and responded when the client was ready to take the next step.

A shared meal, familiar faces, and new connections made this a meaningful OA Moment.

With July and August marking our traditional post-peak period, our team took the opportunity to come together in two groups for a well-deserved gathering. It was a chance to catch up, enjoy some light-hearted moments, and for our newer colleagues to get to know more of the people they work alongside.

There is something valuable about someone who sees an opportunity to contribute and takes the initiative to make it happen.

We are pleased to recognise Jeffrey Chan as the July 2026 recipient of the OA Pro-Active Excellence Award.

Despite recently joining OA, Jeffrey quickly took ownership of a complex audit engagement, identified potential issues early, communicated clearly with the client, and supported the team in meeting an important reporting deadline.
