Itās not just about what you do; itās about why and how you do it.
Ray Dalio perfectly sums it up in his quote, āThe most important thing is that you develop your own principles and ideally write them down, especially if you are working with others.ā
Writing down our principles not only helps guide our decision-making but also makes our values clear to those around us. Whether we are leading a team or working independently, having a defined set of principles means less second-guessing and more consistency in how our approach challenges.
For me, this practice has been a game changer in both personal and professional life. Itās something I recommend to clientsāwhen you know your core financial principles, itās easier to make long-term decisions that align with your goals.
