Today marks my 8th anniversary in this industry and what a journey it has been.
This career has shaped me in ways beyond just work. It built my resilience, strengthened my mindset, and pushed me to grow into a better version of myself.

I still remember buying my first car and the joy of driving my parents around in it. The boys called it “Minima,” and every ride was filled with excitement, laughter, and pride. Those are the moments that remind me why I started.

Over the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of protecting more than 500 lives and I’m still onboarding new clients who trust me to be part of their journey. That responsibility is something I never take lightly.

It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge taught me grit and fueled my drive to keep going.

Now, I’m looking to grow something even bigger.

As a rookie Associate Financial Services Manager, earning 2nd place under the GAL category in the Prudential cohort is more than just recognition, it’s a meaningful milestone in my career and reaching this in my 8th year reflects resilience, growth, and collective effort.

This success belongs to my incredible team for their dedication, trust, and unity every step of the way. 🤝

Stepping into management was both challenging and humbling, which makes achieving this ranking in my first year even more significant. 🚀

I still remember how skeptical I was at the beginning. It felt like a big leap, and I wasn’t sure if I was ready. Thank you for your unwavering belief, guidance, and support. I found the courage to take that leap of faith.

To those who doubted me, thank you for fueling my determination. To those who believed in me, an even bigger thank you for inspiring me to grow and improve every day.

Achieving the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status is a significant milestone, made possible by your trust and support. Working with such wonderful clients makes my job incredibly rewarding. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of insuring over 100 lives and assisting with more than 100 claims. The most fulfilling aspect of my work is ensuring that claims are processed smoothly, providing peace of mind for my clients.

As we look ahead to 2024, I’m excited to see what the future holds. Here’s to celebrating this milestone and achieving many more together!

Switching careers mid-way to support my parents and enhance their living conditions and medical care was a priority I held dear to my heart. Today, having insured over 400 lives and counting, I realize this journey is only just the beginning. I truly believe that following your heart leads to places beyond imagination.
