Job Description
Demonstrate the ability to effectively complete the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters
Demonstrate the ability to lead and manage fieldwork on clients sites including liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of the Audit process
Demonstrate on-the-job coaching skills and identify sales opportunities
Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to problem solving
Demonstrate expertise in IFRS accounting framework and related financial reporting matters
Demonstrate expertise to perform an assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards
Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients' business processes
Contribute to effective team work in internal engagement situations.
Motivate Others/ Promote Teamwork - Encourage an open exchange of ideas and opinions among peers
Encourage participation from all team members
Provide Advice and Resolve Issues - Give an accurate assessment of current issues and future opportunities
Focus on the Client - Anticipate what clients will want
Plan and Deliver Work - Set up full project plans rapidly for small project teams
Able to build long-term enduring working relationships with their clients at least at CFO levels
Experience and qualification:
Experience - at least 2-3 years' post qualification experience (Big four preferred) or equivalent
Qualification –Master’s Degree, Internationally recognized qualification i.e. CA, ACCA, CPA required or equivalent
External Audit experience with Big 4 accounting firms (preferred)
