CPA Díaz-Martínez, PSC is a local firm, from Puerto Rico, with more than thirty five years of experience serving not-for-profit entities, governmental units and agencies, and for-profit entities. We provide high quality services in different areas such as: audits, accounting, tax, managerial consulting, governmental management and federal programs advisory. We are members of the American Institute

of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) since 1985. As a requirement to become a member and maintain our status, we must participate on a Peer Review Program. We proudly inform that we obtained, once again, a peer review rating of PASS (among the possible classifications of “Pass, Pass with Deficiencies, and Fail”) in our last Peer Review performed on November 8, 2019. We are also members of the Governmental Audit Quality Center of the AICPA.
