The Department of Education (DepEd) conducted an onsite monitoring visit to Don Bosco Technical Institute of Victorias, Inc. on June 17, 2026, to assess the school's readiness for the opening of classes for School Year 2026โ2027.
The monitoring team was composed of Dr. Ronamie V. Reliquias, Chief of the School Governance and Operations Division (SGOD), together with Mr. Giovanni Wray A. Estraรฑo and Ms. Jessa Mae Janoy.
During the visit, the DepEd Team toured the campus and evaluated the school's compliance with government requirements. They inspected classrooms and facilities, conducted enrollment and learner headcount, and assessed whether the School's learning environment is safe, conducive, and ready to support quality education. The Team also reviewed school manuals, policies, and other key documents essential to effective school operations.
The DepEd Team was assisted by DBTI Team headed by its School Principal, Fr. Rhine B. Bollozos, SDB along with Mrs. Maria Cherry B. Butanas (School Registrar), Mrs. Edmalyn B. Alcuizar (Assistant Principal โ JHS), Miss Charmae J. Cavile (Assistant Principal โ SHS), and Mrs. Mary Jane S. Perez (Assistant Principal โ Elem).
At the conclusion of the monitoring activity, the DepEd Team expressed their appreciation for the School's level of preparedness. They noted that DBTI is well-equipped for the opening of classes and highlighted its facilities and best practices as worthy of benchmarking by other educational institutions.
This positive assessment reflects the commitment of the entire DBTI Community to providing a safe, organized, and quality learning environment for all Bosconians.
