PSE ELI Empire East Qtr is out.
Doing alright never loses once.
Even if the Book Value PHP 2.02 is minus 75% discounted. It still hold at BV 0.505.

So what is Book Value ?
Book value is the total net worth of a company based on its financial records (balance sheet), calculated as Total Assets minus Total Liabilities. It represents the theoretical value shareholders would receive if the firm liquidated all assets and paid off all debts

Do you know Megaworld hold 83.48% of ELI ?
