The Philippines’ headline or overall inflation increased to 7.2 percent in April 2026 from 4.1 percent in March 2026. This brings the average inflation rate from January to April 2026 to 3.9 percent. In April 2025, the inflation rate was observed at 1.4 percent.

𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐤𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐈’𝐦 𝐭𝐫𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬.

People ask me why I'm so persistent na mag-present ng insurance?

Fair question.

And honestly… I understand why some people feel that way.

But here’s the truth from my side—

I had a client before…

Most people think financial success is about

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚… 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩.

One of the hardest parts of my work as a financial planner…

is not when clients say “no.”

but to give you awareness.

Because in real life:
“𝐍𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞” 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 “𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞.”

If there’s one thing I want you to take from this, it’s this:

1️⃣ 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴.
The best decisions are made while things are still okay.

2️⃣ 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲.
Earlier means more options, lower cost, and better coverage.

3️⃣ 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Understanding is step one—movement completes it.

Because at the end of the day…
