Have you heard of the quote,
“Start with your Why"?

Alam mo bang it may no longer be working?

Let's say fitness.

"Gusto kong magpapayat."
Bakit? Para maging healthy.

Yet, ilang beses na nag-Day 1 kasi hindi natutuloy?

Same with finances.

Gusto nating mag-ipon.
Alam natin kung bakit.
Pero bakit hindi nagiging consistent?

If your "why" is no longer working, maybe this is the one thing you need for your breakthrough.

Built in quiet choices, proven in daily actions. You become what you consistently do.

Have you heard of the principle
the “5 Second Rule”?

You'll be amazed at how simple it works.

The moment you feel
the need to take action,
you count…
5-4-3-2-1

Then, take action!

Why?

Because the longer you wait,
the stronger your excuses become.

And in sales,
this happens every day.

You delay the prospecting
You delay the content.
You delay the difficult presentation.
You delay the follow up.

Not because, you cannot do it.

But because, discomfort gives your brain
a reason to stop.

That’s why personal leadership matters.

Because growth in sales
is not just about strategy.

It’s about your ability
to act even when,
you don’t feel confident yet.

Action creates clarity
more than overthinking does.

And many opportunities
are lost not because
people are incapable…

But because, they hesitated too long.

What opportunity are you delaying because you waited too long, to take action? 👇

People problem. One challenge that AI can't solve for every company.

Many focus on business problems. In reality, most business problems are people problems in disguise. That's where JLYOunique comes in.

If you're planning to invest in your people through training in the coming months, we'd be honored to partner with you. 📩

After 10 years in training, here’s one mistake I see almost every new leader make.

01/06/2026

Comfort zone. Lahat tayo meron niyan.
Whether we're leading ourselves or leading other people.

Paano nga ba tayo makakalipat from the comfort zone to the courage zone?

Small choices shape who you become.

Every day is a chance to act with intention, stay consistent, and move closer to the person you’re working to be.

Years ago,
I remember one time

I was so focused on
closing a couple who
are HNW clients.

that I barely noticed
I was dominating
the whole conversation.

Diretso explain.
Diretso solution.
Diretso presentation.

Then after the meeting,
One of the clients told me:

“Ang galing mo magsalita…
pero parang, hindi mo kami
masyadong kinilala.”

Bigla akong napareflect dahil doon.

What behavior do you think is limiting your growth in sales?
