Still Broke?

One reason is that you don't have a vision for your money.

We work. We earn. But money doesn't know what it is for.
Yes, money is to be spent, but where? How?

If money is your employee, dugay nana gi resign kay walay klaro iyang trabaho!

When you're broke, there's the danger.
Why?

You borrow money and promise.
Worst, you pay debt with promises!
Mismanagement of your income will not only make you broke,
It will break trust, peace of mind, and relationships.

It's not a matter of how much you earn, but how much you keep.

Take control of your finances today, so it will take care of your future.

The Secret to Building Wealth
(That Most People Ignore)

If you want financial freedom,
You don’t just need money skills—you need confidence and communication skills, too.

Think about it:
The person who negotiates better gets the higher salary.
The business owner who communicates clearly gets more clients.
The investor who asks the right questions makes smarter financial moves.

Money doesn’t just grow from what you earn—it grows from how you present yourself,
how you make decisions,
and how you take control.

That’s why I share more than just finance.
I help people speak with impact, build influence, and take charge of their future—so they can create lasting wealth without fear or uncertainty.

How do you want to start mastering your finances and your confidence?

Let’s talk about how you can level up!

This photo?
It’s not just about speaking—it’s about standing in control. Affluence starts with confidence; let's build both!

received the most surprising gift from an unexpected person.

I was thinking, “ah I have 6 people in my wallet to say hi to 2025, great!” But I was required to buy something I like, and I knew ‘that something’ doesn’t mean Stocks or add this to a Mutual Fund. I was also told “to buy something for the bosses”.
Hmmm, right! With that, we are grateful.

So, how do you harness the Money Mindset?

The first thing is to know and understand your needs and wants.
A need is something you can’t live without, don’t justify your wants as need, that’s not good for your financial health.

You have the ultimate control of your finances, after getting the money, it’s up to you, where do you want it to go.

I just realized that money is dressed up with emotions, depending how you get it, it’s how you also spend it —just like how you spend mindlessly for money you don’t earn by your own effort.

To avoid splurging on things that doesn’t actually matter, aside from budget for needs and wants, assign money for growth (course to improve your skills, books, seminars and brainstorming where you can grow.) and allocate money for growing your wealth, no matter how small, just start investing.

The only thing I can do is remind you, ultimately the decision is yours. As the new year unfolds and promises you a new chance to soar, remember that you are one decision away from a totally different future.

Love,

Kasagara Pinoy, isa sa main concern sa kinabuhi about sa kwarta, wether we deny it or agree with me.
Bisan gani couples, main issue ang kwarta. Aminin, sige silag away gani o!

Bisan mag pamilya, barkada ug uban ta, ga lamat ang relasyon tungod sa kwarta.

Ngano man?
Naay nangutang, nya masuko raba paninglan.
(Unsa pa man imong ika dugang?)

it’s not the lack of money baya.
Matingala ka, dako sweldo ga problema gihapon,
Ngano man?

Kay ang income same amount ra kada bulan,
unya ang gastuan ug mga kagustuhan, unlimited man.
In short, wa gyud ga budget si madam.

Testingi gani lista tanan nimo nagastuan karon nga bulan,
Nya ang sweldo natu bih, pila man?

Uy! Overdrop gang!

Here with you,

Ngano kaha ba nga “taboo” man ang topic mahitungod sa kwarta?

Pero what if…

Unang bhaton ug ga esen naka, is to organize your cashflow- ang sweldo vs sa imong gastos.

Asa nimo gataguan imong kwarta?

Where are you keeping your money?

So they keep it at some containers at home.

Pero here’s the RISK:
1. If mawala or nakawin ang pera na yan, it’s lost forver, baka pa mapahamak kayo kung maipit yung magnanakaw.
2. Your money will depreciate in value, yung inflation rate na sinasabi, sakit yun!
Sakit sa ulo sa pagtaas ng bilihin., sakit sa bulsa pag wlang growth yung pera mo, kaya i goal mo na ilagay ang pera kung saan makikipag compete sya sa taas ng inflation rate, meaning, mag increase or may interest yung pera mo na mas mataas or at least same sa pagtaas ng inflation.
3. Your money could be like this.

Surprise!

Do you want to take that risk?

I don’t want you to experience this kind of misfortune. Pinaghirapan mo pera mo, you deserve to enjoy your money.
