This is something most breadwinners struggle with. Being BIDA BIDA 😅

Always saying YES. Kahit in reality most of the time, hindi ka naman inobliga to carry all the problem and responsibility.

When in reality, you can always share the obligation if it's not yours or kahit nga you can offer lang listening ears.

You don't have to own the problem of others.

You can offer help but not to the extent of your own self.

You're your own hero.
