Samotech Engineering and Accounting Outsourcing Company. They transformed their grandparents’ ancestral home into an office.

In 2009, three adventurous engineers started Samotech, an engineering & design outsourcing company based in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. They quit their stable jobs (one is working as a design engineer in a British Formworks company, another is a Civil Engineering Instructor) to start their dream. Today, they have grown extraordinarily in terms of numbers, skills and experience. Samotech has successful

ly completed thousands of projects from bill of quantities and estimates, residential/commercial building design, structural design and analysis, graphic design, CAD design and drawing, 3D modeling, animation/flythrough/movie production, Solidworks simulation, 3D Pdfs, Excel spreadsheet solutions, whiteboard animation, website administration/creation, professional presentations, online marketing and many more. In June 2015, Samotech was acquired by an Australian company to provide a dedicated offshore business support. They are still continuously looking for exceptional talent to be part of their growing team. And they are still doing business in their grandparents’ house (but now with free coffee and wifi!).

Samotech is looking to hire an Admin/Accounting Staff with the following qualifications:

- BS in Accountancy graduate. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent in English (Written and Oral)
- Knowledge in Excel and MS Office (although we will train you with a proprietary software)
- Proactive and willing to learn and undergo training Job
-Keen on details

Scope/Responsibilities:
- Receive invoices and process them on Workflow Max software.
- Use Xero software in monitoring payables and doing forthnightly payruns.
- Monitor and submit reports on time attendances/timesheets on all staffs in Australia
- Create and submit local staff's timesheets for approval
- Coordinate with our Australian Office thru phone and email
- Willing to take long work hours when needed

ESTIMATORS / QUANTITY SURVEYORS / CIVIL ENGINEERS
Samotech is looking to hire Quantity Surveyors/Estimators

Qualifications:

- Preferably Civil Engineering or Architecture Graduate. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Good in English (Written and Oral)
- Knowledge in Excel and AutoCAD (although we will train you with a proprietary software specifically for the jobs scope)
- Proactive
- Willing to learn and undergo training

Job Scope/Responsibilities:

- Provide Bill of Quantities on flooring trades like Tiles, Carpets, Vinyl, Rubber, Acoustics based on plans, specs, schedules and other supplemental documents and instructions.
- Create supporting documentation on the Bill of Quantities.
- Monitor and update quantities when project is won in the tender phase until its actual completion.
- Coordinate with Australian floor installers and project supervisors if necessary
- Willing to take long work hours when needed
