Thank you for your hard work, sacrifices, patience, and unconditional love. Nakikita namin kung gaano mo kamahal ang ating pamilya, at hindi namin iyon tine take for granted.

Watching you be a father to Quest is one of my favorite things. From supporting her interests, joining her adventures, and making her feel loved and safe, you continue to show us what a good father looks like.

This morning, I ran 12 kilometers on June 12 to celebrate the birthday of our Tatay Jose. 🏃‍♀️

Growing up, we always saw him wake up early to jog, exercise, and take care of his health. He understood that staying healthy was not just for himself, but for the people he loved. He wanted to live longer so he could continue caring for his family, and he did that wholeheartedly.

Our parents were always there for us, but Tatay’s love and care overflowed in a special way. Looking back now, I realize that he became one of the reasons why I also want to stay healthy and fit.

My daughter is still young. She still needs me. I want to be present for her milestones, celebrate her victories, guide her through life’s challenges, and watch her become everything God created her to be.

Health is not just about adding years to our life. It’s about adding life to the years we get to spend with the people we love.

Happy Birthday, Tatay Jose. 🎂 Thank you for showing us that taking care of ourselves is also one of the ways we take care of our family. 🥰

May we all choose health today, so we can be present for the people who need us tomorrow. ♥️
