I decided to start uploading our family videos because sayang naman if they just stay in my phone. It's also a good way for me to practice editing while preserving our family's memories.

Learning about the Philippine flag at home today 🇵🇭✨

Homeschooling gives us the chance to teach not only academics, but also love for our country, history, and identity. Seeing these lessons through a child’s eyes makes learning even more meaningful. ❤️

Little by little, we raise kind, informed, and proud Filipinos.

I saw this post and I instantly related to it. Not exactly about posting, but about how motherhood changed me.

There was a season in my life where I slowly stopped showing up for myself.
Not because I gave up… but because I became a mother. 🤍

People always say, “You can still do both.”
And yes, maybe some can. But the truth is, hindi siya laging madali.
There are days when your child becomes your whole world that you forget you were a person first too.
You set aside your dreams, your hobbies, your confidence, even the things that once made you feel alive… just to make sure your child is okay.

And honestly?
For a long time, I thought losing parts of myself was just part of motherhood.

But recently, while looking at my daughter, seeing how kind, strong, happy, and secure she has become… napangiti nalang ako.
I realized maybe I wasn’t “falling behind.”
Maybe I was building a safe childhood for her.
Maybe I was doing a great job all along.

And now, the sweetest part?
My daughter is the one cheering for me.
She’s the one telling me, “Mommy, okay lang. You can do the things you love again.”

Parang reminder from God through her that I’m allowed to find myself again.
That motherhood should never be the end of a woman’s dreams.
Mothers are allowed to grow too. 🌷

To every woman who had to pause herself while raising a child -
your softness is strength.
Your sacrifices mattered.
And when you’re ready, you are allowed to come back to yourself again. 🤍

Parenthood is beautiful, but no one really prepares you for the sleepless nights, the panic, the fear, and the hospital runs. Two hospitals in one night, yet you still find the strength to show up for your child. 🤍

The Waiting Room Cafe
📍National Road, Muntinlupa City

Last Saturday after an 8KM morning run, I met up with a friend and finally got to try this place.

It’s one of those cafés where you instantly feel the slow down the moment you sit down. Calm, quiet, and very easy to stay in after a busy morning.

I ordered their all-day breakfast tocino with rice, cucumber and tomato on the side, and egg. I also had their iced caramel macchiato.

Food was simple but really satisfying, and the coffee was good too. The presentation was nice, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared.

The place has a cozy and relaxed vibe, perfect for catching up with a friend or just taking a quiet break for yourself. Staff were also friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

A nice little spot in the city for breakfast, coffee, and slow mornings.

The other day, we received the good news we’ve been praying and waiting for, for such a long time. ♥️

Even now, it still feels surreal. From the very beginning, it once felt so far from reality. Just prayers whispered in faith, tears no one saw, and silent battles only God truly knew.

There are still many things to process, many responsibilities ahead, and honestly, a lot to prepare financially. But today, I just want to pause and thank God for how faithful He has been through it all.

This afternoon, I found myself craving a good cup of coffee and ended up in a small local bakery. I ordered the kind of bread I used to love growing up. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I always find comfort in familiar food.

We’re not fully there yet, but slowly, quietly, we’re getting there.

Sometimes, God answers prayers little by little, not all at once. And when you finally look back, you’ll see His hand in every delay, every heartbreak, every redirection.

To anyone still waiting and praying, keep going. God is faithful to His promises. Always. 🥰🥰🥰

Mt. Kalisungan Summit ⛰️

At tama nga kami. Step by step, inakyat niya ang bundok hanggang summit. 💛

May freedom kaming gumawa ng learning moments outside the four walls.

• quality time bilang pamilya

Homeschooling gives us time to build memories like this together.

This April, we visited the beautiful province of Laguna, and what made it even more meaningful was how it connected to my daughter’s homeschool lessons.

Noong March, she was studying landforms and bodies of water for her 4th quarter Science subject. This time, instead of just seeing them in books, na-experience niya talaga in real life.

From mountains standing tall in the distance, to rivers flowing endlessly, and calm, wide lakes, everything became more real and easier to understand. Kitang-kita sa kanya yung curiosity, excitement, and wonder.

This is one of the things I truly love about homeschooling. Learning doesn’t stay inside the books. It comes alive through experiences, travel, and simple family moments like this.

If you are homeschooling or even not, I highly recommend bringing your kids to places like this whenever possible. It doesn’t have to be expensive or far. Even a nearby province can become a powerful classroom.

Because when children see, touch, and experience things firsthand, they don’t just memorize, they truly understand.

We are also hoping and praying that the province of Laguna continues to preserve its rich agricultural lands and natural resources, so the next generation can still experience its beauty and learn from it.

Thank you, Department of Tourism Philippines for promoting destinations like Laguna and supporting sustainable travel.
