Hi, Dear taxpayers!

RMC No. 81-2025 provides clarification regarding the Deductibility of Ordinary and Necessary Expenses Under Section 34(A)(1)(a) of the NIRC of 1997, as amended. It further discusses the documentary requirements needed to prove that such expenses claimed are allowed under existing laws, rules and regulations. Furthermore, the said regulation applies all tax updates and jurisprudence regarding the grant and denial of tax exemptions.
