Dahilan kung bakit hindi ka lugi sa VUL INSURANCE:

Pag nagkasakit , na-disable o namatay - yung binayad mo na hundreds/thousands of pesos magiging Hundred of Thousands or Millions. Konti lang binayad mo pero malaki ang binalik sayo.

May sukli kapa, habang tumatagal ka nagbabayad , kahit wala kang insurance claims , lumalago ang investment portion nito, mas malaki ang projected return of investment compare sa total na binayad mo.

Mas LUGI ka pag wala kang insurance, mauubos na pera mo sa banko, manghihingi kapa sa iba para pampa gamot mo.

Good thing you can be insured while investing.

📣📣To our clients and friends 🥰

Here's a quick discussion about insurance claim process:

1. For claims within 2 years upon approval of your policy
⭐2yr- contestability period will be applied by all insurance companies (see my previous post re: contestability period facts)
⭐ process will take longer than policy claims that are beyond 2 years and that are beyond the contestability period coz there will be investigations pa. kapag beyond 2 years, submission of complete requirements na lang.

2. Any claim process, merong requirements. Hindi gagalaw ang claim process if hindi complete nasusubmit ang mga requirements. That's a common reason of delay so best to cooperate and submit. Temporarily close ang process, meaning they will stop muna ang pag process pag walang submission ng additional requirement, but once nasubmit na completely tuloy naman ang process.

Ask your FAs for complete list of requirements in advance.

3. Turn around time of claim process based on 2020 claims report:

Within 2 years- 25-45 days if complete requirements are submitted

Beyond 2 years- 2 weeks or less if complete requirements are submitted

4. Claim process stories are case-to-case basis. Social media rants should be carefully evaluated. Facts of the case must be evaluated to avoid unnecessary panics.

5. Approved claims of Pru life UK in 2020.
