If ikaw 'to and you see this.. unang-una, chill.

I don't see the need for hate and negative assumptions towards what happens inside a "meet up."

If you're really just looking for the premiums, simply find someone else who will. Done.

Choice mo naman na hindi makipag-meet up. Always.

The same way it's also the agent's choice if his practice is to do the "meet up" first, before giving you the "price" you're expecting.

In short, kanya-kanyang style 'yan. You just need to find the agent na match sayo.

After all, insurance is a journey. Not a one-time transaction.

These plans typically take up significant years of your life — if not your entire life.

And insurance isn't inherently easy to understand. That's actually why this profession needs to be regulated in the first place.

Because if not done right, it leads to costly mistakes like:

— Paying for a plan that doesn't actually fit you
— A mismatch between what you expected and what you got
— An experience that ends up more inconvenient than helpful

At the end of the day, insurance planning (or what you call a "meet up") exists for a reason.

For many people, it's exactly what they need to finally feel confident making a decision this important.

Not everyone needs that.
But a lot of people do.

Nanotice ko sa mga taong who “made it” is that hindi complicated ang buhay nila…

They are not adding things.
Many times, they are best at removing things.

When we want to improve our lives, our natural instinct is usually:

Add another book.
Add another opportunity.
Add another goal.
Add another responsibility.
Add another pet 😅

Because addition feels productive.

It feels like progress.
It feels exciting.

But over time, many of us discover something surprising.

Growth is often less about addition
and more about subtraction.

Addition is easy. Everyone can add.
Subtraction requires judgment.

Minsan hindi naman kulang ang potential natin. Masyado lang tayong maraming distractions.

Hindi kulang ang talent.
Masyado lang maraming excuses.

Hindi kulang ang opportunities.
Masyado lang maraming unnecessary commitments.

Turningg point comes when we stop asking:

“What else should we add?”

And start asking:

“What should we remove?”
What habits should we remove?
What distractions should we remove?
What toxic environments should we remove?
What limiting beliefs should we remove?
What unnecessary spending should we remove?

The future we’re praying for is hidden behind things we need to remove.

Think about a sculptor.

They don’t create a masterpiece by continuously adding clay.

They create it by removing everything that doesn’t belong.

The wiser we get, the more we realize:

Focus is not saying yes to what matters.
Focus is saying NO to what doesn’t.
