🌟WHAT MAKES A GOOD INSURANCE AGENT?

I know a lot of you would answer...

“They are trying to be good because they have a quota to meet.”

While it is true...

Let me tell you what’s in my heart right now I share with you the culture inside our branch.

A good insurance salesperson possesses effective communication skills to explain complex policies in a clear and relatable manner.

They also need empathy to understand and address the specific needs of clients, as well as resilience to navigate the challenges of rejection and objections in the sales process.

While there could be a lot of criteria to qualify someone as “good insurance agent”..

In our branch, we value the “culture of malasakit.”

The culture of malasakit for me is putting my team first before my self interest. It is very important because it is a relational business. Success comes from helping more people in the business to be the best version of themselves.

For example, pwede namang ako lang successful, pero mas masaya if lahat ng team members ko successful sila at maachieve nila dreams nila ❤️

Today, I can only say that this culture of malasakit, made me a better leader and even better each day.

In sum...
