Who We Are?

Top Dynamics, Inc. (TDI) (formerly ARA Courier, Inc.) has been operating for more than 26 years as a courier/delivery services company. From the time of inception, we have been compliant with any Philippine Regulations when it comes to delivery services - from PhilPost to the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

In the Philippines, we are part of the 109 Authorized Private Express and/or Messengerial Delivery Service (PEMEDES) or Courier Service Providers.

As such, there is a guarantee that your documents and parcels are safe with us.

It will not be perfect but we are continuously evolving.
