FIRST LOOK. Bryant Parklane at Capital Town Pampanga by Megaworld
Megaworld unveiled Capital Town’s 16-story Bryant Parklane with 463 units residential condominium property. Bryant Parklane boasts of the first ever “co-working space” concept residential condo in the Philippines. Convenient and creatively designed amenities like work space, lounges with hammock, gym and playground are all located in the lobby to make it accessible for residents and guests.
“We want to set a strong impression to our residents and guests by creating unique and colorful spaces in the lobby where they can comfortably work and play. Primarily we want to attract young millennials from other provinces who prefer to work elsewhere but not in Manila” said Eugene Lozano, head of sales and marketing, Megaworld Pampanga.
During the press briefing, Harold Geronimo, head of PR and media affairs, Megaworld Corporation, stressed that Megaworld is here not only for business but to help the community. “We have three contributions one is providing various amenities and facilities to draw more tourists in San Fernando through township, we open the Rainwater Park to mitigate flooding and we open our roads to minimize traffic problem in San Fernando. We do this for the benefit and convenience of the general public and contribution to the local community of the City of San Fernando.”
Furthermore, Pasudeco Tower office space building was also presented to the media targeting more than 3,000 workers to increase local employment in the City.
