JOB REQUIREMENTS
Sell - out Management

- Responsible for the ex*****on, and performance of all programs designed to increase the presence & Sell out of each account

- Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction, and productivity performance.

- Development/recommendation of Sell out Program (such as incentive program, Consumer Promo in Collaboration with Sales & Marketing team, based on the Market situation.

Sell - out Management through 3rd Party
- Ensure that targets are properly cascaded to all PCS-PC in a timely manner

- Review of PC performance, Productivity on a quarterly basis & recommend for upgrade, re-shuffle, suspension or replacement

- Review coverage plan / AOR of PCS and recommend efficiencies without compromising coverage quality

- Ensure that stores are properly manned by PC at required times based on the PC allocation per dealer

- Maintain a 90% fill rate of PC

In-store Display Management
- Maintain an 80% Actual Display vs Display Plan

- Monitor proper implementation of Display Guidelines

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Accountancy or related.

- 2 to 5 years similar working experience in Sales Management

- Experience in Appliance, Pharma and/or FMCG Industry

- Strong understanding of dealer/customer and market dynamics and requirements

- Leadership and management skills are needed

- Willing to travel and work for extended hours as well as on weekends if necessary

- Preferably residing in North Luzon - Pampanga, Tarlac, La Union, Baguio

- Willing to start ASAP
Expected Start Date: January 12, 2021
