FUND (PMF)
a plan that has a guaranteed Memorial Service Benefit
(MSB) which serves as the fund that will be available to cover the cost of memorial service at the time of need.
Acceptance Age: 18-70 years old
With Insurance Benefit (WIB) - 18 to 74 years old

The MSB grows by 3% annually starting from the anniversary date following the full payment of the plan.
MEMORIAL SERVICE:
✅Retrieval of the body from the place of death.
✅Preparation and provision of the casket
✅Arrangement at the viewing chapel and viewing for 3-5 days wake
✅Securing of necessary permits
✅Provision of the hearse and transportation to the interment site

There's a PMF PLUS.
PMF has a rider called IMMEDIATE CASH ASSISTANCE (ICA). The Planholder can choose any amount s/he wishes to add - minimum of 10% up to a maximum of 100% of the MSB. Upon PH's death, the amount will be 200%.
• At the time of need, the ICA will be immediately released to the Beneficiary for other expenses 2-3 days during the wake.

* Snacks
* Interment Fees

THE PMF has inherent insurance benefits.
1. CREDIT LIFE INSURANCE - If the Planholder dies during the paying period and before age 75, the balance becomes fully paid.
2. DISABILITY BENEFIT
- If the Planholder gets disabled during the paying period, and for at
least six (6) months due to illness, the installments shall be fully paid.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT - If the Planholder dies due to accident during the paying period, and before age 75, 200% of the total Pre-Need Price will be given to the Beneficiary. If the Planholder is dismembered, s/he will receive a benefit subject to the Indemnity Schedule attached to the Plan Contract.
TERM INSURANCE - If the Planholder dies before the age of 75, the Beneficiary will receive
100% of the initial MSB.
✅THE PMF is assignable.
The Planholder can assign the memorial service benefit for use by another deceased person.
✅THE PMF is transferable.
The Planholder can transfer the rights and privileges to another living person.
