Location:
📌 West Avenue, Quezon City
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field
✅ At least 5 years of progressive experience in restaurant or food and beverage operations, preferably with multi-branch management experience
✅ At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, such as General Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Area Operations Manager, or an equivalent position
✅ Strong background in casual dining and/or fine dining operations
✅ Proven expertise in profit and loss (P&L) management, sales performance, food and labor cost control, inventory management, budgeting, and profitability
✅ Extensive experience overseeing multi-branch operations and managing Restaurant Managers or Area Managers
✅ In-depth knowledge of guest service standards, restaurant operations, food safety, and quality assurance
✅ Commercially driven, with the ability to analyze operational data and develop effective business strategies
✅ Willing to travel frequently across the Visayas and occasionally to Luzon
✅ Preferably based in Iloilo or willing to relocate to Iloilo
