Pru Life UK understands the difficulty we are all facing arising from the COVID-19 health emergency. In response, we are extending the deadline for submission of claims documents for hospitalization, disability and other covered illnesses, subject to the terms and conditions of the insured’s policy and riders.
Effective immediately until June 30, 2020, all such claim requirements and additional documents will now be accepted beyond the 30-day period upon occurrence of covered event.
