10 days of showing up… and I’m just really grateful for this challenge.

Hindi siya naging perfect... but it pushed me to take action consistently.

In 10 days, naka:
✔️ 8 posts
✔️ 4 presentations
✔️ 24+ conversations with clients and recruits

One win for me:
I had the opportunity to present the business to several people. Every conversation reminded me that this work really matters.

One lesson I’ll carry with me:
Huwag mag hesitate to send that message or offer help. Kasi may mga tao pala talaga na nangangailangan ng security... pero minsan, nauunahan na tayo ng iba simply because we hesitated.

This challenge reminded me that showing up matters.
That small actions, done daily, create real impact.

I used to think okay na as long as stable yung job.

Then one day, napaisip ako…
What if something changes tomorrow?

What if mawalan ng work?
What if may restructuring?
What if things don’t go as planned?

Medyo uncomfortable isipin… but real.

That’s when I realized, maybe it’s not about replacing your job... it’s about building something on the side.

Something that gives you options.
Something that grows with you.

Hindi naman kailangan biglaan. Kahit paunti-unti lang.

People often ask me bakit ko gusto yung ginagawa ko… and honestly, hindi lang siya about work.

It’s the people you grow with.
Yung support, yung encouragement, yung push to be better...even on days na nakakapagod.

This team reminds me that growth is easier when you’re surrounded by the right people.

Today I reviewed PRULifetime Income, and here are 3 simple things I learned 💙

1️⃣ What it covers:
It’s a limited-pay whole life insurance plan that gives long-term protection plus living benefits. Coverage can last up to age 100, helping protect you for the long run.

2️⃣ Best for:

3️⃣ What surprised me:

One thing I appreciate in this journey is that learning never stops.

Had another meaningful Branch Huddle this morning, and I’m reminded again that this work is not just about selling... it’s about growing, improving, and becoming better equipped to serve people well.

Some simple but powerful learnings I took home today:

✨ Clarity is power.
People need clear guidance, not confusion.

✨ We are not just talking about money... we are helping families manage real-life risks like death, critical illness, disability, and accidents.

✨ Building this career takes heart, tibay ng loob, confidence in what you offer, and the willingness to keep showing up.

✨ Behind every plan is a family, with needs TODAY worth securing and a dream TOMORROW worth protecting.

One takeaway that stayed with me most: people don’t need pressure, they need guidance.

Sometimes people already know they need to prepare for the expected and unexpected events of tomorrow… they just need someone who will listen, explain clearly, and help them take the first step.

Grateful for every chance to learn and be surrounded by people who also want to grow. 💙
