Here’s a 56-year-old policy contract dated February 23, 1966. I haven’t even been born nung binili ang Insurance policy na ito.

Insured Amount is P20,000 and Premium payment was P340.33. Back in 1966, I guess malaki na ang P20,000. Talk about inflation.

Which means habang tumatagal, our policies lose their value because of inflation. So if you bought a policy in the 90’s worth P200,000, maliit na ang value nyan ngayon. Ang kinaganda ng insurance ngayon, meron ng Investment component that can grow your money. So kung gusto mong malaki ang makuha sa retirement, dapat continuous ang pag bili ng insurance, and lumalaki din dapat ang tinatabi mo.
