The filing deadline for the 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and related reportorial requirements has been 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗. This follows the issuance of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026 by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

🗓️ Revised Deadlines:
• Annual Financial Statements of All Corporations: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• SEC Form 52-AR of Brokers & Dealers: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• Annual Reports (SEC Form 17-A) with AFS as attachment: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

All corporations are reminded to ensure that submitted AFS are duly received by the BIR.

Pinalawig natin ang deadline ng filing ng 2025 Annual Income Tax Returns mula April 15 hanggang May 15, 2026. Mas may oras ang bawat taxpayer na makapag-file nang maayos, kasama ang lahat ng kailangang dokumento, at walang ipapataw na penalties.

Maaaring mag-file at magbayad sa pamamagitan ng BIR electronic platforms, o sa mga Authorized Agent Banks.

Ginawa natin ito para mas magaan ang pagbabayad ng bawat Pilipino, lalo na sa panahong ramdam ang pagtaas ng presyo ng langis. Tuloy-tuloy ang ating ginagawa para maibsan ang bigat sa araw-araw na buhay ng ating mga kababayan.

Ang nasabing pagpapalawig ay alinsunod sa Resolution No. 35, Series of 2026, na ipinasa ng Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Maynila.

Extended ang deadline ng assessment at pagbabayad ng business taxes kaugnay ng 2026 business permit renewal hanggang sa January 31, 2026, alinsunod sa Pasig City Resolution No. 6-12, s. 2026.

Hindi mapapatawan ng penalties at surcharges (applicable lamang sa mga negosyo na walang delinquencies) ang mga negosyo na magbabayad sa loob ng extension period. Samantala, hindi na covered sa extension period ang pagbibigay ng 5% discount sa business tax.

Kaugnay ng extension, bubuksang muli ang Online Business Permit Renewal and Payment System. Kaya para sa mga negosyo na updated ang accounts o walang delinquencies, maaari nang muli mag-renew ng permits sa pamamagitan ng Online System.

Nananatiling nasa Silver City 4 ang Mega Business One-Stop Shop para sa Business Renewal period. Para sa priority taxpayers (mga may-ari ng negosyo na senior citizens, persons with disability, at mga nagdadalang tao), maaaring mag-transact sa alinman sa mga sumusunod na transaction sites:
• Temporary Pasig City Hall (1/F)
• Pasig City Hall Annex 1 (3/F Ayala Malls The 30th)
• Pasig City Hall Annex 2 (3/F Robinsons Metro East)

Samantala, ang Mutya ng Pasig Mega Market renewal site ay para lamang sa mga rehistradong stall owners ng Mutya ng Pasig Mega Market.

Epektibo pa rin ang sumusunod na operating hours hanggang sa January 31, 2026:
- Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
