A PROMISE IS A PROMISE 💟
My 29 year old friend/client was diagnosed with cancer. Ang bata pa. 🥺 hindi ko inexpect.
December 2020, kumuha siya ng Policy na may investment component. Sabi ko, “Girl, lagyan natin ng critical illness benefit, sa next policy ka na mag focus sa investment. Mas okay na may health funding tayo if ever magkasakit tayo.”
Ayaw niya pa sanang lagyan ng health funding, pero na-realize niya yung importance nito after sharing my presentation.
Three months after (March 2021) nagkaroon siya ng cancer. 🥺 “Jes, may cancer ako, at kinailangan ng major operation. Naubos yung coverage sa health card ko. At halos wala na rin yung naipon ko.”
I filed a claim, Thank God lagpas na ng 90 days yung diagnosis niya from the time na na-approved yung insurance plan niya. Also, the doctor confirmed that the illness was not pre-existing from the time na nag apply siya. 🙏
Ngayon, mas na-realize ko yung importance ng trabaho ko. I will continue to serve my kababayan. I will help them prepare for the uncertainties and achieve a lifetime financial security.
Hindi ako masaya sa nangyari sa client ko. Walang gustong may magkasakit. Walang may gustong may nahihirapan. Given the situation, hindi madaling magkasakit, sobrang mahal. 💸Pero masaya akong makatulong, sa paraang kaya ko at alam ko.
I will deliver this cheque to my client.
