Liti’s Rice Store envisions to be one of the biggest rice retailing
and wholesaling stores in Panabo City. Mission

Liti’s Rice Store is in the rice retail and wholesale, selling
various varieties of rice to the households/Individuals in Panabo City,
sari-sari stores, food eateries, and restaurants from Panabo City at a
very competitive price. It uses new ways of delivering the product

towards the customers through advertising-online channel just like
using Facebook wherein almost everybody is using this type of facility
to communicate, flyers/tarpaulins, referrals, word of mouth and
service delivery in order to be trusted and perceived as having quality
rice in the market. As a registered business, LITI’s Rice Store would
be able to help the community through providing jobs and paying
properly its taxes. Thus, increasing and achieving the desired net
income is needed to deliver its plans. Goals

The following are the Medium-Term Objectives of the LITI’s Rice
Store:

1. To acquire more customers to the nearby municipalities in Panabo
City.
2. To establish good paying record with the suppliers.
3. To develop the skills of the employees in terms of marketing the
products and increase their salaries.
4. To increase the cash flows of the business.
