TOXIC RELATIONSHIP!
✅ Emotionally abusive partners.
Partners who consistently belittle, criticize, or manipulate.
✅ Manipulative friends.
Friends who guilt-trip, gaslight, or use emotional blackmail.
✅Draining family members.
Family members who consistently demand attention, support, or emotional labor without reciprocating.
Unhealthy Dynamics
✅One-sided relationships. Relationships where one person consistently gives more than they receive.
✅Disrespectful communication:
Relationships where communication is consistently rude, dismissive, or hurtful.
✅Lack of boundaries Relationships where personal boundaries are consistently disregarded or disrespected.
