PDAC Team Building 2026 | One Team. One Quality. One Goal.

Three days of stepping away from the busy season to reconnect, reflect, laugh, and grow together. 💙❤️

From appreciating one another’s strengths, to sharing the toughest audit stories and the lessons behind them, we were reminded that every engagement comes with challenges—but no challenge is faced alone.

Through our Future Letter, we also put our hopes, goals, and commitments on paper—a reminder of the team we want to become before the next audit season.

More than just a team building in Zambales, these three days strengthened our bond, renewed our purpose, and reminded us of what makes PDAC stronger: people who work together, learn together, and grow together.
