-If you were able to survive 2.5 months buying your necessities online, then stay so.

- if you were able to survive seeing your friends and loved ones just through the internet, then stay so.

- if you were able to survive by doing your work from home, then stay so.

- if you were able to survive doing your studies at home, then stay so.

- if you were able to survive without partying, then stay so.

- if you were able to survive living simpler than before, then stay so.

- if you were able to survive just limiting everything, then stay so.

The GCQ was approved because our economy needs it. IT IS NOT A CALL FOR YOU TO GO OUT.

WEAR FACE MASK ALWAYS

Picture shows actual molecules (colored particles) that comes out of our mouth when we’re talking in a closed door room. Those particles float in the air in about 20 minutes or more.
Wearing face mask is the most effective way to protect you and everyone from spreading the virus.
If you don’t have a face mask, you can make your own or use handkerchief and tied it around your head covering your mouth.

“TAKE EXTRA CARE AND PROTECTION.”

Please be informed that there’s two kind of COVID 19 infected situations, one is symptomatic (with obvious or severe symptoms) and the other one is asymptomatic (without symptoms or with minor symptoms). Both can transmit the virus. Those asymptomatic might still with their families who unknowingly transmit the virus with them. They might eventually manifest severe symptoms in the future. And most of asymptomatic Covid infected people are still out in the Supermarket, Wet Market, frontlines and etc. Unless a massive laboratory covid19 testing is done and a diligent contact tracing, transmission will continue and numbers of infected and deaths will drastically grow.😥

The Department of Health (DOH) should allow Marikina City to operate its laboratory testing center for COVID-19, Mayor Marcelino Teodoro said, adding that the DOH should treat Marikina as a partner in the fight against the disease.
