Scenario: CAR ACCIDENT

Passengers of the said vehicle :
> Parents (Mother and Father)
>Children ( 5 year old son and 2 year old daugther)

Father died while mother survived but critical and stayed in the hospital for almost 2 months.

Children survived with minor injuries.

Father : No insurance (Bread Winner)
Mother: No insurance (Plain House Wife)
Children :No insurance/ No educational plan
CAR : INSURED (still under mortgage)

The questions are:

1. Who will shoulder for the funeral expenses of the father?

2. Who will shoulder for the hospital bills of the mother?

3. Who will give income to the family knowing the bread winner died?

4. Could kids still continue living the life they used to live ?

5. Could kids still continue go to school?

These are some of the things we do not realize first. Mas protected pa ang kotse kaysa sa pamilya or mga mahal sa buhay. Will the car save the family’s future? Of course NO!. Can the car pay for the hospital bills and education of the children? NO!

Learn to do the math and start having financial planning. Huwag ibuhos lahat sa material na bagay. Wala nang mas mahalaga pa sa mundo kaysa sa buhay at kinabukasan ng mga mahal mo sa buhay.

Protection should come first before investment. It’s sad knowing this family’s story. If only the parents were informed enough. 😢 Too late I was not able to talk to them before hand.😢💔
