AXA CLAIMS RELEASE:

As I remember this client applied to me a Mylifechoice plan last November 2022, MONTHLY PAYMENT Php1,500 and it was her Girlfriend who message me for the inquiries and application. because this client is unable to meet up with me due he is preparing for his boarding to the SHIP.
kasi SeaFarer sya. kaya yung Girlfriend nya lang yung nakipag meeting sakin.

SUDDENLY. after ng ilang months nang pag trabaho sa Barko.. sa kanyang pag baba, he and his girlfriend got on TRAGIC ACCIDENT sa motor while nag ra rides sila.

sa kadahilanan na he lost the ability to continue his career as Seafarer. because he lost some part of his body due of critical condition na nang yari sa kanya noong na aksidente sila.
na nag resulta sa pagiging permanent DISABLE.

I felt sorry for him and to his family kasi sya yung inaasahan ng family nya tapos ganito pa yung nang yari,

after a few months he remembered na may insurance pala sya na nakuha sakin at yun ang Mylifechoice Plan.. so they rushed on the nearest office in their place and asking if they can applied for claims even its been too long na hindi nila naalala na mag process..

so ive received an email from my BOS sir Reymon, na meron akong client na nag request claims.. so i do my part together with sir mon to help the beneficiaries ang the insured to process their claims.
ive message them and sent the document that they need to comply and also sir mon doing his job as well to support this claims..

medyo tumagal yung process dahil may mga additional document needs ang company to proof the claims is legit.

last week ive received a message that the claims is successful approved.
so ive message his girlfriend to inform the family about the latest updates.

we expect only 240,000 lang yung ma rerelease buti nalng ni review ulet ng life claims department yung claims,
at nakita nila na pasok sa Critical condition benefit yung claimant. dahil nga na critical yung condition nya.

so instead na 240,000 naging 491,105.72 yung matatanggap ng Claimant.

Disability benefit: 240,000
Return of premium: 11,105.72
Critical Condition benefit: 240,000

in total of Php 491,105.72
