Hello everyone! 🌸 It's been a while since I've posted on here, but I wanted to share something very special with you all. Last year, I've been on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I've taken a step back to reset and rebuild myself, focusing on becoming the best version of me.

One of the biggest changes I've made is prioritizing self-love and self-care. It's so important for us moms to remember to take care of ourselves too! By investing time and energy into nurturing my own well-being, I've found that I'm more stable and resilient when faced with challenges.

Last year hasn't been easy, but the results have been truly rewarding. I feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on whatever life throws my way. Thank you all for your support and encouragement along the way. Here's to continuing this journey of growth and empowerment together! 💪🏼💕

A few days ago, I attended an award ceremony honoring student-athletes who brought great honor to their school. Specifically, I was there to support my two sons who are both passionate about volleyball and whose team had just won the championship. During the event, the guest speaker emphasized the importance of recognizing one's achievements, especially when it comes to college applications. However, he also reminded us that our true worth goes beyond awards and recognition. This made me think about Coach Russ, the founder of I AM+, and the question he posed: "Who are you?" If we remove our roles as mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters, how would people remember us?
This question resonated with me, and it's why Coach Russ mentioned having a Massive Transformation Purpose (MTP) is crucial. It allows us to go beyond our roles and define ourselves based on our passions, values, and goals. I am sharing my MTP video with you.
