DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation for Trust Fund Bank Accounts
• Preparation of Check Disbursement Journal (CHDJ) for Trust Fund
• Preparation of Cash Receipts Journal (CRJ) for Trust Fund
• Preparation of Accounts Receivable Schedules
• Preparation of Depreciation Schedules
• Preparation of Summary of Approved Budget, Utilizations, Disbursement and Balances by Object (For Off Budgetary Funds-FAR 2)
• Preparation of of FAR No. 5 Consolidated Quarterly Report of Revenue and Other Receipts
• Serve as an Inspection Officer
• Preparation of Monthly Trial Balance for Trust Fund
• Preparation of Monthly General Journal for Trust Fund
• Preparation of Monthly CDJ for Trust Fund
• Preparation of Monthly OT Request
• Does other related work

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Application letter addressed to the University President Dr. Teody C. San Andres;
2. Resume with one (1) Recent passport-sized picture;
3. Fully Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2018)
which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
4. Performance rating in the last rating period (for private companies/institutions) / IPCR for government (if applicable);
5. Transcript of Records and Diploma
6. Seminar / Certificates attended for the last five (5) years (if applicable)
7. Certificate/s of Employment signed by the previous employer
8. Certificate of Eligibility and PRC ID
