NOW is the best time to invest in insurance.

When you spend your money to buy something, it's considered money loss.

When you invest your money in insurance, it can serve as your savings and can be considered as your passive income. The interest can be 10x higher than your total paid premium.

Send me a message to know how to start growing your money.

Prayer is the best weapon we can use at these very difficult and trying times. Staying fit and healthy can be helpful too. Getting life insurance will also be a big help.

Life Insurance is an assurance that there's money waiting for you in case something happens tomorrow. Today is the best time to have one while you still can. Do not wait until it's too late to get it.

Paying for the premium now is better than begging for it later when you're no longer qualified. As Financial Advisors, we're used to getting rejections after rejections, but our mission is to educate people about the importance of Life Insurance. Money is not everything but it can be your anchor to a brighter future.

Credit cards could make or break your financial record. Being a responsible credit card payer will give you an excellent credit history. On the other hand, being a deliquent payer could give you a bad reputation. As a result, your loan applications might be disapproved by most banks.

I've been a credit card user since 2012 and fortunately I was able to build a very good credit record. My application for a car loan in 2015 was approved immediately. And last year, despite the ongoing pandemic, I was able to finance the construction of our house through credit cards.

I wasn't confident enough to apply for housing loans because I didn't have a regular job during that time. Luckily, my cards have good payment record. Responsible credit management is the key to achieve this.

My personal rule is to never use a credit card unless you have enough money to pay for your card purchases. I also consider the due dates for each card before using them. For example, if the due date of my card is on the 10th, I would do our grocery shopping on the 12th. I am able to manage our cash flow by doing this.

There are certain credit cards which give out rewards for every point you accumulate. That's why I opt to pay using credit cards if an establishment or store allows it, even if I have the money to pay for it. I also use it in some of my online transactions such as booking a plane ticket, reserving a hotel accomodation, or paying for my bills, etc.

Sometimes, I would be surprised that I've already earned thousands of pesos as points. There are times wherein I could buy a month worth of groceries just by using those points. Your credit card can be your angel in disguise or nightmare depending on how good you are in managing it. Be a smart and responsible credit card user.

There are two things I learned in life. One is the harsh truth that even if your bank account is at seven digits right now, there's no guarantee that it will still be there tomorrow. You might wake up one day and see zero balance on your passbook sheet.

The other lesson teaches you about hope that even if you have no enough money right now, it doesn't mean that you can't earn big tomorrow. Through hardwork and faith in God, anything is possible. I experienced these things myself.

From eating at Pancake House everyday, when I was a kid, to finding myself eating 10-peso veggie meals daily, when I was a young adult. I didn't even try to excel in school because I thought life was easy. My parents were running a business and I was planning to just work there.

But, life has a way of testing our faith. Challenges were thrown our way. I woke up one day, not having enough money to sustain myself. There was a point in my life wherein I only had 1,000 pesos left in my wallet, and I needed to budget it for a month.

My empty stomach motivated me and through God's grace I was able to bounce back. My hardwork paid off and I earned big. I invested my money in stocks and mutual funds, so that when the rainy day comes again I'll have something to cover me financially.

Life is full of bumps and another stone was thrown my way. I got terminated from my previous job. I found myself financially challenged yet again. My wife was pregnant, I was jobless, and then the pandemic happened. Thankfully, my investments saved me during this rainy season of my life.

We were also building our house when the pandemic hit. But, God moves in mysterious ways. Our house was finished and I became a Licensed Financial Advisor. Now, my life purpose is to teach other people the importance of having investments like LIFE INSURANCE. So that when a storm comes, you have an umbrella to cover you and your family financially.

My wife and I are both travel enthusiasts. We've been travelling together frequently, but was put on hold because she got pregnant and then the pandemic happened. Hopefully, we can do it again in the future with our son in tow. She shares some of our memories through this page.

The YOLO mentality is good. I lived my life that way until I started my own family. But if I could talk to my 20-something year old self, I would advice him to get this insurance plan.

Being in your 20s is the best time to invest in insurance. You have no big responsibilities yet, but to make a living for yourself. When you reach the age of 30 to 40, you will start thinking about getting married and eventually start a family. The costs for these things are not simple. You also need to start looking for your own house and then think of your child's education. The responsibilities will never end.

If you start investing in your 20s, you'll become a millionare by the time you are in your 30s. Your future self will thank you for that. Be smart in your decisions while living a YOLO life. The 999 per month insurance premium will be your ticket to financial freedom. And maybe, you can still live a YOLO life until you reach retirement age.
