We’ve moved on from the usual format – now our get-togethers are lighter, more relaxed, and yes, actually fun! Think easy games and good vibes to help us connect and work better together.

It’s great to take a bit of time to enjoy being part of the team while we keep moving forward.

Karren Perez Neri– Newly Promoted Unit Manager

As Unit Manager, Karren will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, lead and mentor insurance advisors, set performance targets, ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, manage client relationships at a strategic level, and drive the unit’s overall growth and revenue goals.
