💡Legacy and Taxation: The True Wealth Behind Estate and Donor’s Tax

In college, I learned about estate and donor’s tax as concepts reserved for the rich — numbers and laws that seemed far from reality.

But decades later, handling a real case made me see them differently. Estate and donor’s tax are not just mechanisms to “tax the rich.” They are reminders of continuity — of how love, discipline, and legacy are passed from one generation to the next.

Unlike the “nepo rich” or the officials we often mock for flaunting wealth, the truly rich are those whose assets are built on trust, unity, and purpose.

Our firm is seeking a reliable and professional Liaison/Messenger to join our team.

Office: Ifugao- Nueva Viscaya-Baguio

About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to handle document delivery, client correspondence, and coordination between our office and external parties including government agencies, clients, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick up and deliver documents, checks, and other materials to clients, banks, BIR, SEC, and other government offices
• Process and file documents with regulatory agencies
• Coordinate with clients regarding document requirements and schedules
• Maintain accurate logs of all deliveries and transactions
• Handle confidential materials with discretion and professionalism
• Run office errands as needed
• Provide administrative support when required

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a messenger, liaison, or in a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with Ifugao-Nueva Viscaya-Baguio- Santiago routes and government office locations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Trustworthy with high integrity in handling confidential documents
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Physically fit and capable of traveling throughout the day

Every time I process a tax clearance, I feel like I’m facing a glass mirror. It reflects not just the client’s records — but the story of their compliance journey.

In reviewing accounts, we often uncover what was done right… and what was left unfinished. Each open case tells a story — of missed filings, uncoordinated reports, or sometimes, simply a lack of follow-through.

Tax clearance is more than just paperwork; it’s a reflection of accuracy and accountability. When everything aligns, the process flows smoothly. But when there are lapses, even small ones, they echo loudly in the system.
