1. Ownership - In IMG your business is yours. You are not an employee You are the boss, you will follow how you do it. But there are still Coaches that will guide you life time until you become successful. Income is unlimited. It depends on how far you will go.
2. Vesting rights - Because business is mine, I can inherit to my FAMILY what my efforts have come to. Or if the Lord will take me, it's my automatic Family that will get the income that I have monthly. If I were CEO today, my Family would be CEO too, if I would be gone. How much of the Coach I taught that is under me, it's also under my Family. Whether I'm dead or alive, what I worked hard for will not be wasted. Because the business is inherited.
3. No Boss, Quota, and Time Card - Because this is a business. And this is mine. I myself am the Boss. No one will give a Quota to me but myself. If I want to earn money I will move. If I want to relax first you can also. I can go to school everday. You can also not enter. Everything depends on me because it's โฒโฒ Ownership โฒโฒ
4. No Demotion - Who will demote me if I am the Boss in my own Business? Even if I don't show up for 10 yrs. I am still CEO. Even if I don't have production, I am still CEO and I still have passive income. I don't have a Boss. My position is permanent unless I make something really against the rules of IMG.
5. Travel the World for Free here I've experienced almost countless countries that I've visited with my families even in Dreams I didn't know I'd come this way.
