Salamat sa mga tatay na araw-araw lumalaban para sa pamilya nila.

Yung mga pagod pero tuloy pa rin.
Yung may sariling problema pero inuuna pa rin ang asawa at mga anak.

Bigyan Mo sila ng lakas, mabuting kalusugan, at kapayapaan ng isip.

Patuloy Mo silang gabayan sa bawat desisyon at pagpalain ang kanilang mga pagsisikap.

Marami ang nag-a-assume na pareho lang ito ng life insurance, pero magkaiba sila ng purpose.

Ang Mortgage Redemption Insurance (MRI) ay para siguraduhin na mababayaran ang natitirang housing loan kung may mangyari sa borrower. Sa madaling salita, protektado ang bahay at ang loan.

Pero ang tanong…

Paano naman ang pamilya?

Kapag MRI lang ang meron ka, ang insurance proceeds ay diretso sa bangko para bayaran ang natitirang utang.

Kapag may sarili kang life insurance, ang benepisyo ay mapupunta sa mga mahal mo sa buhay. Maaari nila itong gamitin para:
✔️ Ipagpatuloy ang pang-araw-araw na gastusin
✔️ Pondohan ang pag-aaral ng mga anak
✔️ Bayaran ang iba pang obligasyon
✔️ O kahit bayaran din ang housing loan kung gugustuhin nila

Kaya hindi ito usapang MRI vs Life Insurance.

Mas tamang isipin na:

🏠 MRI protects the mortgage.
❤️ Life insurance protects the family.

Magkaiba sila ng trabaho, pero parehong mahalaga sa isang maayos na financial plan.

Karamihan, HMO ang unang kinukuha — and that’s good. Malaking tulong ang HMO for check-ups, consultations, and some hospital expenses.

Pero hindi ibig sabihin na kapag may HMO ka na, okay na lahat.

Think of it this way:

𝗛𝗠𝗢 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀.

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁.

Kasi minsan, kapag serious illness or major hospitalization na, hindi lang hospital bill ang problema.

May income na pwedeng mawala.
May recovery period.
May gamot, follow-up check-ups, at daily expenses pa rin.

Meaning, you will be needing more CASH.

That’s why HMO and health insurance are not meant to compete with each other.

They work better together.

One helps with the medical bills.
The other helps protect your savings, income, and family’s financial stability.

Pero kahit tumaas ang kita, parang walang naiipon.

Because not every money problem is an income problem.

Sometimes, it’s the small leaks:

Helping someone.
Sharing what you know.
Supporting a friend.
Recommending a small business.
Giving advice to someone who’s struggling.

None of these make you less successful.

In fact, the people who shine the brightest are often the ones who help others shine too.

Kaya kung may alam kang makakatulong, share mo.
Kung may blessing ka, ipasa mo.
Kung may pagkakataong mag-encourage ng iba, gawin mo.

Kasi kahit isa lang ang bulok, kaya nitong mahawa ang buong basket.

Ganun din sa buhay.

Minsan, hindi naman tayo mahina.
Minsan, nasa paligid lang tayo ng mga bagay na unti-unting nagpapabigat sa atin.

Mga taong laging negative.
Mga ugaling alam mong hindi na healthy.
Mga relasyon na mas nauubos ka kaysa napupuno.

And sometimes, hindi mo napapansin na nagbabago ka na rin.

Kaya piliin mo rin kung sino ang hinahayaan mong malapit sa buhay mo.
Hindi pagiging selfish ang mag-set ng distance.

Minsan, paraan din ’yon ng pag-aalaga sa sarili mo.

Protect your peace.
