Kung ang inflation noong March 2022 ay 4%. Gusto sabihin lumiliit ang buying power ng pera natin by 4%. Gusto din sabihin neto nadadagdagan ng 4% ang ating paghihirap.

Ang solusyon:
Kaiser Long-Term HealthCare - fund accumulates by 10% average may HealthCare ka pa, may insurance pa.

Tell me How to Build Emergency Fund Without Telling Me I am Already Building my Emergency Fund.

**Kung kumikita ka araw-araw at nakakapag ipon ka ng:

(Piso) 1.00 x 30 days =30 pesos in 1 month
(Trenta) 30 pesos x 12 months = 360 pesos in 1 year

Paano pa kung :
2 pesos x30=60x12=720 in 1 year
3 pesos x30=90x12=1,080 in 1 year
4 pesos x 30=120x12=1,440 in 1 year
5 pesos x30=150x12=1,800 in 1 year

What if mas malaki pa sa 5 pesos ang kaya mo maitabi? Let's say 1000 per month na lang.

May pambili ka na ng supply ng pagkain sa panahon ng emergency, pampagamot, pang-gastos pag nawalan ng trabaho atbp... Eto fund mo na alloted lang talaga pag may emergency. Pag natabi mo na, forget about it, kunin mo na lang pag may emergency talaga.

Pero sabi mo nga hindi mo habit ang mag ipon...

Kapag may ipon may peace of mind ka financially at emotionally.

I just talked to a friend who is interested to invest in Mutual Funds.
While explaining to her the benefits and how Mutual Fund grows, naalala ko yung isa kung kakilala na may P800k sa savings account dati and she's contemplating to put it also in Mutual Fund then.
That was year 2011 month of August.
Isa sya sa mga una kong nashare-an ng financial concepts na tinuturo sa IMG.
Siguro dahil medyo too risky for her to pull it out and put it in not so familiar investment vehicle para sa kanya, hindi niya itinuloy.
While ako nagstart lang ako sa 5k which I bought at php21.50 per share in August 2011 and I just put additional fund every month.
Ang suceeding (additional) investment kahit magkano basta minimum of 1k.
Yung php800,000 nya pala sana ngayon kng sakaling tinuloy nya maginvest ay php1,340,723 na ang value.
Based on PEFI NAVPS (Net Asset Value Per Share) which is php36.7674.

**Please note that market is at bearish now. Dati umabot na sa php43 ang NAVPS nyan.

Computation:
If bought at php21.50 in August 2011:
Sales load or Entry fee:
800,000 x 2% = 16,000
*i just use 2% sales load. Dati kc alam ko 3.5% sa minimum amout bracket. I forgot the amount bracket. But just for illustration purposes gamitin ko muna 2%.
Investible fund:
800,000 - 16,000 = 784,000
784,000/Php21.50 = 36,465 shares bought
Fund value NOW:
36,465 shares x php36.7674 = php1,340,723.24

**Gain as of Jan 28, 2020:
php 540,723
**sales load was offsetted already with the gain.

Not bad for 8.5 years right? 😊

Dagdagan pa ng nawawalang peace of mind because of the nature of your work at sobrang workload.
One of the things na hindi sa atin itinuro is paano palaguin ang perang kinikita natin.
And I am very thankful sa mga mentors namin na patuloy pa din sa mission to educate Filipinos about the importance of this financial concepts.
