Talent Acquisition and Management
• Hiring of new associates and sales support units
• Training and upskilling of associates
• Target monitoring and performance evaluation of associates
• Mentoring and developing of new associates
Minimum Qualifications
Ideal Candidate should be:
• Able to manage their time well to deliver targets and deliverables
• Able to work WELL under pressure
• Willing to mentor and to be mentored
• Good at public speaking
• Knowledgeable about the concept of “INTRAPRENEURSHIP”
• Ambitious and has a do-it-attitude
• Passionate about the financial services industry
• Highly self-motivated
• Result-oriented
Compensation:
• Monthly allowance
• Quarterly and Yearly bonuses (based on team performance)
• Commissions
• Overrides (based on team performance)
