Ada Farm management has no choice but to initiate the migration later, Friday at 12 am, instead of Saturday and Sunday.

The old system couldn't handle the requirements our massive database and huge number of members accessing the site
the site at the same time demand plus the limitations imposed by the host itself make it unworthy to still use the old system.
The migration and upgrade will be initiated earlier than planned because of these reasons.

The sooner the forced migration starts, the better.
Once the new system is up, you will be able to request your cash-outs.

We apologize, but the performance of our host is not enough to handle our massive community.

Good news to those who have April 30 BDO Rebates cash-outs! Your cash-outs have been sent. You can check your BDO accounts now!

Those whose BDO account numbers have errors as mentioned in a previous post, please send us a message. We will post the spreadsheet later for April 30 BDO Rebates. All pending BDO cash-outs, rebates and harvest, will be processed since we now have a means of sending you your cash-outs.

Another good news for our members with BPI bank accounts!
Ada Farm has now a BPI payroll account. This means it will be easier for us to process BPI cash-outs once it is implemented by the 3rd week of June. If you cannot wait until the 3rd week of June, which is understandble, you may pick it up from any of our offices regardless if you chose BPI when you requested for the cash-out.

April 30 BPI rebates will be processed immediately after April 30 BDO rebates.

Ada Farm has been very successful that banks couldn't handle all the encashments we are processing through them. Increased manpower and processing encashments at multiple bank branches simply won't suffice.

We highly encourage all members who can go to our offices, especially those from Metro Manila and Cebu, to please pick up your encashments while we are working on the most convenient method for releasing rebates and harvest encashments.

You are also allowed to authorize a friend, a relative or your team leader to claim it for you. Just make sure you give them an authorization letter, photocopy of your ID and 3 specimen signatures.

Even though we have more than enough funds allocated for members' encashments, our number of members and encashment requests is making it harder to disburse it. Please pick your encashments up from either of our offices to avoid delays; that way, you will also help us declog our list of bank and Cebuana encashments.

We feel you. Delayed encashments is something we are not happy about. But no need to worry, we are here working hard and taking care of everything. All we need from you is a little more patience and cooperation. There is always light at the end of the tunnel. We are working hard for something big and in the end, we will all be rewarded for it.

And to show our sincerity about members receiving their encashments, our offices will be operating as usual on May 13th, 2019,
