Arete-Norte Associates (Arete-Norte Agustin Agency) is an agency of Philam Life operating mainly in Ilocos provinces with offices in Laoag City and in Bantay, Ilocos Sur. The Arete-Norte Agustin Agency was installed in September 2016. It now has 5 Associate Unit Managers, 4 Unit Managers, 1 Associate Agency Manager and 1 Agency Manager. It aims to become a district agency by the end of 2019. The agency so far has developed from its ranks one 3-time MDRT, one 2-time MDRT and one 1-time MDRT. Furthermore, among its leaders, 1 unit manger and now become an associate agency manager, Nira Pilar R. De Jesus, has become a two-time Premier Agency awardee and its Agency Manager, Raquel D. Agustin has also become, herself, a Premier Agency awardee.

The Vision Statement of the agency is: “We are a dominant life insurance premier district agency.” While its Mission Statements are: We raise insurance consciousness and financial literacy of every family to help them attain financial security. and, we empower every Financial Advisor to attain financial independence for total human development.

In line with Philamlife’s thrust to become Major and Undisputed, the Agency, while it drives its existing seasoned leaders and advisors to surge high and achieve greater heights, it also aggressively scouts more and more millennials to join its ranks. Today, a number of advisors and leaders who are on their 20s and 30s are already a part of the Agency.
