📣 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘: 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗔𝗙𝗦)

The filing deadline for the 2025 Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and related reportorial requirements has been 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗗. This follows the issuance of Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 30-2026 by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

🗓️ Revised Deadlines:
• Annual Financial Statements of All Corporations: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• SEC Form 52-AR of Brokers & Dealers: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲
• Annual Reports (SEC Form 17-A) with AFS as attachment: 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

All corporations are reminded to ensure that submitted AFS are duly received by the BIR.

‼️FILING OF 2025 ANNUAL INCOME TAX RETURN IS EXTENDED UNTIL MAY 15‼️

In view of the issuance of EO No. 110, the BIR has issued a circular extending the deadline for filing, payment, and submission of the 2025 Annual Income Tax Return from April 15 to May 15.

Official Receipts converted into Invoices may be used until fully consumed.

Para mas madaling sumunod sa bagong invoicing requirements sa ilalim ng EOPT Act ay nagkaroon po tayo ng pagbabago sa mga Transitory Provisions ng RR No. 11-2024 patungkol sa mga natitirang Official Receipts (OR) ng mga taxpayers.

MAY ONLINE SUBMISSION PO TAYO NG INVENTORY REPORT O NOTICE.

Hindi na po kailangan pumila at pumunta sa mga RDO, maari na pong ipaabot sa mga Compliance section ng inyong RDO ang inyong mga dokumento via TRAA o E-mail. Basahin lamang ang mga links ng post na ito.

Ang mga taxpayer na walang email at internet ay maari pa rin magpasa ng personal sa Compliance Section ng kanilang RDO.

na ang mga empleyadong kumikita ng hindi lalagpas sa P250,000.00 sa loob ng isang taon ay exempt mula sa income at withholding tax.

Ito ay katumbas din ng buwanang sweldo na P20,833.33.

Kaya kung kayo ay pasok sa mga sinasabing halaga ng sweldo o mas mababa pa, kayo po ay exempted sa income at withholding tax.
