HO Accounting and Consulting Tax, accounting, management advisory services and assurance service which involve independent audit, review or projection of clients' financial statements.

Established on August 9, 2004, HO Accounting and Consulting, headed by its founder and his office staff, pledged to render assurance, tax, accounting and advisory services to its clients at the highest standards of quality. In fulfilling this commitment, the firm had established policies and procedures that addressed the five elements of the system of quality control, to wit:

bilities for quality within the firm.
- ethical requirements.
- acceptance and continuance of client relationship.
- human resources.
- engagement performance. All of these elements are embodied and spelled-out in our Quality Assurance Review Manual (last revision July 21, 2015).
