Start na naman ang “simple” ni client this January. 😅

“𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.”

Also client:
• May 6 income platforms
• Iba-ibang payout dates
• “Small side hustle lang naman” daw

Simple sa kwento.
Complex sa Excel.

Kung bookkeeper ka at napa
“Ah… omsim 😌”

kahit alam mong hindi na simple
welcome back sa January. 😂

Kicked off the week with a simple message

“𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮.”

A simple message turned into a genuine referral.
No pitch.
No hard sell.
Just trust built over time and good conversations.

Reminder lang na kapag ginagawa mo nang tama ang trabaho mo, people remember you.
Hindi kailangan maging maingay.
Kailangan lang maging consistent at maaasahan.

Para sa mga tahimik lang pero seryoso sa ginagawa, tuloy lang.
Darating din yung mga ganitong message.

Salamat sa friends na nagtitiwala.
Small wins like this hit different.

Freelancer communication has three stages:
Sent.
Seen.
…Silence. 😅

Lahat ng freelancer, bookkeeper, at tax pro alam na alam ‘to
lalo na pag naghihintay ka ng documents, clarifications, or approvals sa client na active lang pag billing day. 😂

Pero real talk:
Clear communication isn’t just about sending a message.
It’s about setting expectations, creating alignment,
at siguraduhing pareho kayong accountable, hindi lang ikaw.

A few ways para hindi ka mabaliw sa “Seen Zone”:
• Mag-send ng structured messages with clear next steps
• Maglagay ng timelines (hindi yung “pag may time po”)
• Follow up politely pero consistent
• Document EVERYTHING, for future “I respectfully followed up po” receipts 😎

Sa trabaho natin, communication isn’t optional,
ito ang backbone ng timely deliverables, accurate filings, at strong client relationships.

Literal na holiday downgrade package.

Imagine, Pasko na pero ang theme:
“𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨. 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙠 𝙮𝙤𝙪.”

Kasi para maging ₱500 ang handa, kailangan:
• smallest packs
• cheapest brands
• pinaka-manipis na version ng lahat

So the problem isn’t the family.
