Welcome, The Dumangas-Barotac Nuevo Water District (DBNWD) was created by virtue of Resolution No. 136 of 1982, enacted by the Sangguniang Bayan of Dumangas in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 198, as amended by President Decree Nos. 768 and 1479.

Please be informed that the CLPI water treatment plant, located at Brgy. Maquina, Dumangas, was temporarily shut down at 7:17 pm. June 3, 2026. Due to low water surface level in the river source, the intake pump cannot suction the water.

In view of this, the municipality of Dumangas is temporarily experiencing low pressure to no water supply.

As a result of this, the Lindzville Subdivision, Cruz, Btac. Nuevo, will experience a temporary low-pressure to no water supply.
